Now I will tell you my story. I am currently eleven years old and I started working on music in December 1998. I had received a MIDI keyboard as an early Christmas present and started to work on becoming a pianist. I had learned a lot about the keyboard and had discovered my inner talent. So I decided to have piano lessons. Lessons started in March of 1999. I learned a lot more than I knew with my instruction and I still continue to take the lessons. Tons of melodies floated in my head and I went on the Internet to find notation and sequencing programs. One after the other, all the programs weren’t up to my expectations so I abandoned the idea for a while. My family bought an upright piano in June I’d say. Lessons got much easier. Summer ended and I finally found the right program: Noteworthy Composer. I had enormous fun composing on it.
Nothing got much different. I continued to compose. Now go and enjoy my MIDIs!
